So I was going to make this a poll instead of making you pick and post your picks in the comments, which takes more work, but I discovered why people aren't doing it that way: there are 21 pairs, and LJ will only let you have 16 questions in a poll, which the FAQs say nothing about. Bad form, LJ, bad form.

Official meme instructions: Pick one word from each pair that you think describes me the best and comment with your choices. Then copy this and post it in your own journal to see how your friends view you.

(My answers about myself are in the comments, or will be in a moment, although I would, of course, prefer it if you reply first and read second, but I can't stop you from reading what I think first.)

dominant, intuitive, social, kinky, sophisticated, kitten, flannel, leader, talkative, planned, teddy bear, window shopping, vodka, top, shoes (why is there no socks option?), jeans, tender, aware, nerd, brains, and seriously you can't make me chose on this last one, they are not mutually exclusive! but I guess common sense...

Seriously there's a lot of comments I wanted to make after each of these because I find the choices suspect, but I limited myself to only complaining on the two I felt were the worst pairs....

Lol, see I look at each of your choices and can see why you made them, but on each of them I had a perfectly good reason for choosing the opposite (ah except for the top/bottom one, there I just went with, "errr...um...ok, pick something..."

Yes but see, I have long been impressed with your socks since you have exciting colors and I've never seen a hole in any of them! Which considering that until college I had only white socks and usually with holes in them was something else!

You can, actually, do two polls in a row. I think that's what most people do with long polls.

Hmm. I feel like I will be really guessing with a lot of these, and I'm trying not to cheat and look at what you said:

dominant
logical
social
kinky
cute
kitten or puppy
warm flannel sheets
leader
talkative
planned
teddy bear
hiking
vodka
bottom
bare foot
jeans
tender
aware
nerd
brains
common sense or book smarts: both

This HTML is terrible! They don't close their list items, they insert line breaks?! What is this, 1992?!

  • submissive
  • logical
  • social
  • *vanilla
  • cute
  • puppy
  • warm flannel sheets
  • follower
  • talkative
  • planned
  • teddy bear
  • *hiking
  • *vodka
  • bottom
  • *shoes
  • jeans
  • tender
  • aware
  • nerd
  • brains
  • common sense

Two really made me pause: tequila or vodka, and common sense or book smarts. The first would be because I know absolutely nothing about alcohol, aside from "Mexico" and "Russia". I chose "Russia", cause you look the part more than the other. With the last, I've found that common sense and book smarts go together (i.e., most people have both, or neither). Let's see how I did... Reads. Pretty close! I'll put asterisks next to the differences.

Fascinating that everyone thinks shoes. Maybe because you tend to see me outside of my house?

I think it's because I cannot clearly picture your feet in my head. I'm fairly certain I've seen them, but their countenance escapes me...
