Ginny and Snape, or possibly Ginny/Snape.
Snape found, during his weekly inventory check, that he was missing ingredients. Granted, that wasn't particularly unusual. Ingredients went missing all the time. Students ruined their potions and snuck ingredients so he wouldn't know or took things to brew their own potions outside of class. Mostly he didn't worry about it. He kept a running list of what went missing and was careful to keep some of the more dangerous components locked up. But this particular set of missing ingredients had him worried.

Story behind this: My idea is that Ginny is a seer, but no one knows. She's been sneaking ingredients to brew a Sleeping Potion to keep the dreams away, and Snape finds out.
Draco/Neville set-up
Draco had heard, vaguely, that there was finally a respectable nursery in Diagon Alley, and he needed a new Devil's Snare plant.
"Can I help you?" The shopgirl was older than he was. A bit mousy, not someone you'd notice, really, except that she was wearing a green smock with the name of the place stitched just above her name. He assumed it was her name; there was no other reason for the thing to say "Shawna" in startlingly white script.
"I'm looking for a Devil's Snare."
She smiled at him. "One moment, please." She headed toward the back of the shop. "Mr. Longbottom," she called.
He recognized Longbottom's voice before he recognized the man himself. Silly, though; of course he was the only Longbottom of working age left.
"It's Neville, Shawna," he said, coming out of the back room, and he sighd like he knew he wasn't going to win this one. "What is it?"
"There's a gentleman here who wants to buy a Devil's Snare."
Longbottom looked at him then, and nodded. "Malfoy."
"Longbottom."
"What do you need a Devil's Snare for?"
Draco's eyes narrowed. "Why should I tell you?"
Longbottom seemed unconcerned by his hostility. "Just making conversation. Come on back and you can choose one."
There was a dark room at the back of the shop, with just enough light to see by. One of the tables held an entire flat of Devil's Snare, and Draco picked one out. Longbottom boxed it up for him.
"Shawna will ring you up."
He went back a week later.
"Good afternoon, Mr. Malfoy," Shawna greeted him. "What can we help you with this afternoon?"
He fingered the leaves of one of the plants near the door. "I'm looking for something for my mother."
"Hmm." She looked around the shop. "Did you have anything specific in mind?"
"No. Something cheerful."

Eventually, this was going to be Draco/Neville, and Draco was going to set up a cafe of sorts in the courtyard of the nursery.
Snape/Harry Bunny
Harry's playing Quidditch and somehow finds out that the Death Eaters' energy is being sapped by the Dark Mark. Snape faints in class. Harry insists they do something about it.
"We're all dying, Potter. Some of us are just dying faster than others."
Hermione figures out that they can redirect the link through Harry and then he can let go of it. Harry isn't sure he'd want to let go. He stays at Hogwarts and convinces Snape to go through with it.
He establishes the link, feeds Snape energy, breaks the link, and faints. There's a fading red H on Snape's arm.
"You were right. Famous Harry Potter could be the next Dark Lord. Harry," Harry stroked his thumbs over the fading red H, "wants you to be safe and free."
Harry takes Snape's class while Snape does a DADA rotation, then Harry does a DADA rotation, and then Dumbledore offers Harry the DADA class.
Harry also coaches Gryffindors and Slytherins playing Quidditch. "If Professor Snape and I can share a sitting room, you can play Quidditch together."
HP Destiny Bunny
James and Lily dated and did a bit more than that. They used spells, but Lily got pregnant anyway, while they were still at Hogwarts. They were trapped into destiny so Harry could be born, etc., to defeat Voldemort.
