I can't answer the poll. Not sure what you mean by "should" - are there rules for this? Fics should be posted in whatever format the poster finds convenient. If authors want more people to read their fics, they can supply more formats, but I wouldn't say they're obligated to. And if readers find the format inconvenient for them, they can pass over that fic. If you're asking what I prefer personally, I'd say html.

I think I'm missing some context, and this poll was really not directed at me.
