It snowed at work today, but, alas, not enough to send us all home. This is the first time we've even gotten that much snow in the three and a half years I've worked there.

Then, this evening, I went to see Eight Below. I really need to remember that the kind of movies I go to see without even seeing if the boys want to go with are the kind of movies where I'll need some Kleenex. Eight Below is a three hankie movie. If I'd been at home in my living room instead of in a public movie theater, there were moments when I would have had to pause the movie while I sobbed. Paul Walker cries. Not because he's been beat up or anything, but because he's sad.

If you can handle the three hankie-ness, you should definitely see the movie. It's fantastic. Two of the dogs are named Dewey and Truman. The dogs work together. I'm sure Jason Biggs is wearing the same hat he wore in Loser. Paul Walker rules. There's even a scary moment that made the audience scream. And the ending is happy but not too happy.

Oooh. Is it too terribly scary/sad? Because I was thinking of taking the Puppy to go see it.

Ten. :) Alright, thanks. I really didn't want to subject myself to that Pink Panther re-make.

Hee, don't worry. I'm her aunt and cannot remember what grade she's in to save my life. (fourth. I think.)
