I've been tagged by [livejournal.com profile] ruby_fruit, so I thought I'd be a good sport and play.

1) Total number of films I own on DVD/video:
19 movies on DVD, 29 on video*. Also owned on DVD: four entire series, two seasons of TNG, one season of Batman: The Animated Series, two two-episode Once a Thief DVDs, three of four cartoon DVDs from Chex boxes, and my free Escapade vid show 2005 DVD. Also owned on tape: one X-Men animated series episode, several Men in Black animated series episodes, two Pinky and the Brain videos, the A&E Biography of Prince Charles, and an Emmy screener copy of Project Greenlight. I could also swear I bought Love Actually on DVD, but it doesn't appear to exist anywhere within the confines of my apartment.

* This number may be wildly inaccurate. There is a whole box of tapes in my closet. I believe they're all music related--Metallica, Eminem, and awards shows from 2000--but I'm not positive and I'm not going to dig them out for a meme.

2) The last film I bought (DVD):
10 Things I Hate About You. Related dilemma: does this go before A, under T, or after Z on my shelves?

3) The last film I watched:
10 Things I Hate About You. What can I say? I had a craving! This time I only had to go to one store to find what I wanted. I went to very many for She's All That.

4) Five films that I watch a lot or that mean a lot to me:
She's All That (DVD)
Dead Man on Campus (VHS)
Fried Green Tomatoes (VHS)
The Fast and the Furious (VHS and DVD)
Bend It Like Beckham (DVD)

10 Things I Hate About You (DVD) may move onto this list, but I just bought it on Saturday, so I don't know yet.

5) The very last VHS video I bought, probably the last I'll buy:
Um. I think it was The Bourne Identity (used at Blockbuster), which, like The Fast and the Furious, I have since additionally bought on DVD.

Probably because it was a new class and pretty hastily thrown together.

Mmmmmm, The Fast And The Furious ... (What? It's a pretty movie! With hot women! I'm really not deep, am I?)
