I'm home sick today, so this seems like a good time to pull out all of these miscellaneous plot bunnies into a post. As usual, these are things I'm not going to write. If anyone else wants to write them, please do! (And link me to them so I can read them.)

Hawaii Five-0

There should be a story where Danny refuses to move in with Steve because his house is too dangerous and he won't let Grace live there.

Sherlock

Line I would like in a Sherlock story: "I killed for you. I would die for you. What makes you think I wouldn't shag you?"

*

I kind of want a conversation that goes like this:

Molly: He really was gay?

Sherlock: No.

John: Yes.

Sherlock: Yes?

John: No?

Sherlock says Moriarty was playing gay. And then John points out how into Sherlock Moriarty is/was. And then I don't know what.

*

Today in stories I want: Molly/Sherlock where they're both asexual.

*

Obviously in the high-class hooker AU, Sherlock is the star, Mrs. Hudson is the madam, and John is the bouncer. Who are Molly and Lestrade?

*

John is the subbiest sub and Sherlock isn't careful with his toys but John doesn't care because he likes that sort of thing. Sherlock is rough, but it's okay! John doesn't want a careful dom anyway. Aftercare is not Sherlock's strength. But John is learning to massage out his own cramps, and if he asks, Sherlock will do what he needs.

*

Soulbonding! And probably Lestrade and Mycroft both figure it out waaaaay before John and Sherlock do.

*

Plot bunny in my head I might write if I weren't so wary of the fact that I am very much not British: John says something to Sherlock like, "You wouldn't be the first man I slept with. You're not even the first one I've been in love with," and Sherlock is surprised, for which John reprimands him, something along the lines of, "You can't eliminate what you think is improbable along with the impossible." And then he sighs and tells Sherlock, "His name was Peter. I'll show you a picture if you like. I was at Bart's, and he would be waiting for me when I came home. I loved him very much. He was stabbed in a mugging. It punctured his lung, and he was dead before they got him to hospital. I thought that going off to get shot at didn't seem like such a bad idea after that."

Alternate versions: in the romance one, this is just the setup for Sherlock and John to be together. In the Adjustment Bureau/Mycroft is a creepy mastermind/someone else is running the show version, Peter's death was just one of the things that had to happen to nudge John into place so he'll be there to help Sherlock get Moriarty.

Suits

Cameron and Jessica are both fallen angels working out their commitment to good/God (Cameron's prosecution of criminals; Jessica's adherence to the law) versus their beliefs about how to do that (Cameron's bending of the law; Jessica's corporate work). Harvey and Donna have free will.

*

Harvey is psychic in some way, so when he says, "That's not gonna happen to you," he actually knows it won't.

*

Mike is in Harvey's office when this woman with two kids comes in (Anna, and the kids are Charles and Henry). Mike is very confused because Harvey and Donna just let her walk right in, and Donna gets her some tea and takes the kids to the partners' kitchen for hot chocolate. I don't know if Harvey should send Mike away or let him stay (although then you get Mike seeing the whole thing if he stays): Anna needs help because the bank is trying to take her house even though she's been making payments. She tells Harvey that they can't lose the house because the kids need the stability ("Charles is doing so much better, and Henry's making friends."), and she also won't let him buy it for them. Anyway, obviously she's Harvey's addict brother's widow, and while he's not all warm and fuzzy, he's much gentler with her than Mike's seen him be with pretty much anyone. Also, when Donna brings the kids back, Henry is very excited - "Mom! Donna knows everything about dinosaurs." - and wants to invite Harvey and Donna to his birthday party. And then I don't know. I just really mean it when I say I want all the fic about Harvey's addict-related past.

*

I want a story where people have Gifts of some sort. Mike's an empath. There are a lot of guesses, but no one knows for sure what Harvey is. Obviously, he's secretly an empath. Maybe there's a case where Mike gets way overinvolved, and Harvey keeps telling him to stop. Because Harvey knows what that does to you when it all goes to hell. What Harvey doesn't realize is that Mike is way more resilient than he ever was.

*

The problem with Jessica/Donna is what Donna keeping the secret about Mike would do to their relationship. Unless they live apart and there are all kinds of things they don't tell each other anyway. Or unless Jessica figures out he didn't go to Harvard on her own. "I don't know where Harvey found the rookie." Jessica holds up a hand. "And I don't want to know. Just tell me it's going to work."

Star Trek/Sherlock RPF

Alternately: sweaters in an epic retail AU the likes of which bandom has many. Martin manages the book portion of the bookstore. Zach manages the cafe. Tom Hardy and Benedict work in the bookstore (the British accents are good for luring in bookish customers). Chris is the barista customers like to flirt with and Karl the one who stealthily charms them with unexpected smiles. They don't always work all the same shifts, so it takes a while before anyone cottons on to the fact that Martin sometimes comes in wearing the same sweater Zach was wearing yesterday. (It's actually John Cho who notices first, but it's Anton who blurts it out in the middle of a shift.) They both refuse to talk about it, beyond reminding everyone that since neither one of them directly reports to the other, it's not a violation of store policy. That should be a clue, but everyone's so dense - and so focused on their own problems - that they don't realize which part of that explanation is important.

Zoe, while quite friendly, always seems just a little cool because of her ballet-trained demeanor. She works in the bookstore. Martin lets her be in charge of ordering for their dance selection - the largest anyone has ever seen outside of an arts library - and she does a special dance-and-story program for kids one Saturday a month. Lara the new barista always makes sure to take a break during Zoe's program, and Zoe always orders her coffee from Lara.

Somehow (see me handwave the plot) Zoe and Lara's courtship makes the rest of them realize that there is a possibility for something beyond the status quo.

Tom proposes to Charlotte.

Chris means to ask Zach out but ends up ranting at him about his sleeping with Martin. Once Zach figures out what he's talking about, he yells back that he was only doing it because he couldn't sleep with Chris. Chris tells him that of course he can, and he's far too tempting for Zach to do anything but push him up against the wall.

When Benedict gets his coffee the next day, he can't help but notice the hickey under Chris's jaw and the smug air Zach has about him. He invites Martin out for a pint because he thinks he's going to be hurt. But when he brings it up, Martin just shakes his head ruefully and tells him it wasn't serious and that he's happy for Zach. Benedict is quite surprised by this, but unexpectedly pleased, and he buys Martin another drink anyway. And then they are quiet and British and understated as they slowly move from that to dating. (And providing the entire store with entertainment as they do.)

Teen Wolf

There should totally be a story where Stiles is feeling kind of sad and left out about Scott and Allison and asks Derek if werewolves mate for life like some other species of wolf. Derek says yes, and then when Stiles is even more sad, he says, "But they don't always mate with just one person," and then things happen and eventually Scott, Stiles, and Allison live happily ever after in a poly V relationship.

Stupid Commercial

I kind of want to write fic about this Verizon Droid Razr ad that explains why it takes two people to carry two phones out to the showroom.
