Cross-Band Threesomes
Mike wouldn't say no to a threesome with Gabe and Bill, if they would just ask him already. / Mike gets tired of waiting for Gabe and William to invite him into a threesome and takes matters into his own hands.
Pete/Patrick/Bebe - Two singers are better than one.
Sean/William/Christine. Bill's always liked Sean, and Christine finds herself completely charmed.

Obviously if Bill never started the band, then Mike joined FOB and Empires was one of the openers on the BND Part Deux tour. My original thought was a no one's in a band AU, but now Bill and Christine lead normal lives but Gabe's still in Cobra. Christine supports them, mostly. She does school tours and teaches art at the museum. Bill writes and takes care of Evie.
Mike invites them to the show: "My parents are on a cruise. If you want to come, I can put you on the list."
Adam babysits sometimes. IDK what he does. Maybe he went to college. Or maybe he teaches kindergarten!
In this world, Mike and Tom more or less get along, and Mike being there means Patrick has to be alone front and center, which changes the whole band dynamic.
I kind of got distracted by thinking out this world and lost track of what the story was supposed to be. I think it was maybe a Gabe/William/Christine story. Bill and Christine both have interesting conversations with Gabe. Somehow he figures out they're together. I don't know what else happens - obviously some kind of long-distance threesome, but nothing I remember details about.
Empires
Tom and William have history together. How is Sean supposed to compete with that?
Max used to wish he were the center of attention sometimes, but now that he has his whole band's attention, he's just not sure what to do with it.
Cobra Starship
When the Cobra chose him, Gabe didn't expect all of this. (Details of the "this" left up to the writer.)
Considering his history with relationships, no one is more surprised than Gabe when he makes it to his ten-year wedding anniversary.
SO CUTE. I want some kind of adorable music geek college AU where Alex and Ryland wear sweaters all the time. Also, you know they would eventually get a cat.
The Cab
Even though their history gets in the way, Cash and Singer can't seem to stay away from each other.

Brendon/Spencer - Falling in love on tour.
Dear fandom, Timeline! at the Disco says Ryan lived with Spencer while his dad was in rehab. Where is that fic?
There should be a post-split Ryan/Spencer story where Ryan and Spencer stop talking, which means that Spencer doesn't find out about Ryan going to rehab until he reads an interview where Ryan says he's been clean and sober for four months and twelve days.
Brendon/Spencer/Zack AU where Zack owns the dance school, Brendon does kids' parties, and Spencer is Bronx's nanny. (AU wholly inspired by Gmail ads received by people who are not me.)

I would also like some fic where Dallon and Breezy are dating and Brendon and Spencer aren't together (yet). Spencer surprises everyone with his views on love:
Dallon comes in starry-eyed while Brendon's hanging around the counter and asks, "Do you believe in love at first sight?"
Spencer thinks about meeting Ryan, about meeting Brendon, about seeing the coffee shop for the first time. "Yes."
But also a lot of Dallon and Breezy being adorable. (In case you didn't already know: I am totally Team Breezy.)
Miscellaneous
Mike/Kevin - No regrets, just love.
Mike Carden considers his fling with Pete Wentz to be ancient history. If only people would stop bringing it up.
There should be a story where Mike doesn't like Tom because of how much Bill does.
Pete/Spencer. Pete needs somewhere to live and Spencer has a lot of space. One guest bedroom becomes Pete's and another becomes Bronx's. Spencer breaks up with Haley (which was coming anyway). And then there's all the domestic them being parents when Pete has Bronx stuff, and then they fall in love and live happily ever after.
When weird shit starts happening, a matchmaking fairy trying to get him to make a move on Andy was pretty much the last thing Matt expected to be causing it.
Picture: I can't stop staring at the "are gonna get married" one. That would be awesome as an arranged marriage AU, where they've known since they were kids that they're promised to each other. And this picture is clearly from the time period when they're teenagers getting to really know each other and get used to it.

Date: 2011-04-17 06:24 am (UTC)I have this ongoing not-fic I think about on the bus where the Cobras are in Cleveland and run into Buffy & co. They find out that the Cobra is an actual god-thing who made Gabe his real prophet and Nate's his champion. Also, Vicky may be a secret snakehead Gorgon who doesn't worship the Cobra but she likes him a lot better than the Pantheon.
I'm nowhere near writing it down but I do have this one scene in mind, where the Scoobies realize Gabe's a prophet and are, like "what are you doing wandering around the hellmouth without a champion?" but then Nate's like, "I knew we shouldn't have come here" and he pulls out a sword and he's got fangs and snake eyes and he moves even slinkier than Gabe or Bill.
