I have signed up for [livejournal.com profile] bandombigbang wave two. This means I only have to write a minimum of 10,000 words by July 22. This seems doable. I see four possible outcomes:
  1. I finish the Leighton/Vicky-T story. (And check with them to see if the pairing is allowed.) This option is possible, but not very likely. I kind of go through alternating periods of "Why am I still writing this story? Do I even like it? I have no idea how to get to the end" and "I love this story. Just keep writing until you find out what happens next." It's now almost 40,000 words and I have no idea when it's going to end.

  2. I finish something else in progress that I could do in approximately 10,000 words. (The only real flaw in this logic is that I had that thought about the Leighton/Vicky-T story.) I'm thinking maybe the girl!Gabe/Victoria d/s fic, which already has about 2,000 words written. I also have a Mike/Bill d/s fic I love, but the beginning needs someone else to be the catalyst and the middle is going to be hard to write, so that's not very likely. If all else fails, I could always do the editing work on the Gabe/Victoria accidental marriage story, which is just over 10,000 words. (I should really do that editing work anyway.)

  3. I write something entirely new. I don't know what this would be. I have a lot of plot bunnies all the time, but I haven't had anything recently that I really want to write 10,000 words of. (Um, unless I turn all the foursome porn in my head into a real story. But it would still mostly be porn. That might not be a detracting point.)

  4. I drop out and don't finish anything for it.
I'm sure you'll hear more about this later as I figure out what I am/am not doing about it.
