Today I'm thankful for Collier Hardware, which had a pleasantly limited selection of only two different kinds of muffin pans, from which I chose the cheaper and bought two.

I was just there yesterday, buying a new furnace filter and checking out their coffee cups. (I ended up not buying any, but I always am tempted by their housewares section).

Their housewares section is such a temptation! I spent more time there than I needed to just browsing, but in the end, I did stick to buying only my necessary items so I can make cornbread muffins today. (I had looked at Bed Bath and Beyond on Monday, but was too overwhelmed by how many choices of pans they had, and finally realized Collier would be a much easier place to make decisions.)
