Is there ever enough sex in a dictionary?

Well, I don't suppose there could ever truly be enough sex in a dictionary, but I had rather hoped that there would be just enough sex to help me write my paper.

Two pages, in Spanish, about a film by Pedro Almodóvar. If you've ever seen an Almodóvar film, you'd know how hard it is to write about his work without knowing words for sex.

Alas, this particular paper is long past. However, I do appreciate the offer, and I'll keep it in mind if I have to do another such paper.

In the meantime, I do have a question for a native Spanish speaker: In Spanish, do men use endearments? And are there significant differences in usage between various countries? My particular interest at the moment is in Spain, because the people I'm thinking of are Spanish actors, but more general information would help as well.

Yes. In Spanish men do use endearments. And it really depends on where you are, even inside a same country. In some places what might me an endearment, in others it's the ultimate insult.
Right now I can't think of any examples, but I hope that this was of some use to you.

That is helpful. I'm taking a Spanish film class, and I'd been noticing that while women often use endearments, I don't think we've seen a film yet where a man uses an endearment.
