Date: 2009-08-23 03:39 am (UTC)Joe has this charismatic telepathy thing going on, which is actually kind of creepy, and he sometimes hates it, except that it means he can get Nick whatever he needs, so sometimes it's not so bad.
Nick can fly, which is okay when he's a kid, but much more useful when he gets older and starts working out more, because then he can carry someone with him.
The story would have to start with them saving the day with something fairly routine, but then there's a villain, and they spend a lot of time tracking down the villain's hideout. In the course of their tracking down, Joe and Nick keep ending up in situations where they're pressed up close together, and Joe keeps worrying that he's unconsciously using his charisma mojo on Nick, and Nick doesn't understand why Joe, who gives him everything else he wants, won't give him this. And then they end up pressed close together hiding somewhere and Nick could fly them right out of there without being noticed, except that he can't fly, and he still can barely breathe with Joe right there, and Joe finally realizes it's just them, not his mojo.
Eventually, they locate the villain's lair and send Kevin to sneak into it, and he single-handedly apprehends the villain and unmasks him as millionaire playboy Zac Efron.
(And in the sequel, Zac has become obsessed with Kevin and escapes from prison just so he can mess with Kevin's head.)
