Today I'm thankful for threaded comments. I've been reading a lot of blogs recently, and I like how the ability for readers to reply directly to each other helps to create a community.

Hey chickadee! I finally saw the Bourne Ultimatum yesterday, and you were right it was awesome! (I finally got to go back and read your spoiler post).

Something I thought was interesting was that by the end we have a situation were virtually every male character is amoral and all of the female characters are strong moral compasses. Not an uncommon take on the genders in general but not one you normally get in a spy movie (where the whole sexy assasin thing usually gets a lot of play...)

I too was really excited about the whole Jason-Nicky thing, though I actually liked that they didn't explain it, it reminded me of the first one where we were as lost as he was, figuring stuff out only as he did. And I loved how everybody kept asking him "you really don't remember anything?" because yah, it would be hard to believe that someone familiar to you, seeming in full possession of his faculties couldn't remember...

Anyways, hooray for finally seeing it, sorry to off-topic your thankfulness!

You know, I do get comments emailed to me, so you can comment on past entries, and I'll still see it.

Moral issues: Hmmm. I'll have to watch for that when I watch it again. (It's on DVD on December 11!)
