Today I'm thankful for my yoga class, which is an oasis of calm and relaxation.

Today I'm thankful for hearing "Carry On Wayward Son" in the grocery store after SPN showed up on my Tumblr dash because it made me laugh.

Today I'm thankful for my front office coworker's energy and enthusiasm.

Today I'm thankful for my family. We had an enjoyable family dinner, and they were all excited about the prospect of coconut cream pie for dessert on Thanksgiving.

Today I'm thankful for the apartment complex book club that turned out to be mostly interesting.

Today I'm thankful for having internalized lessons about self-compassion enough that I'm not upset with myself for not having written anything yet this month.
