ee970, a different one) was talking about when she said it went downhill when it switched networks. I love Season 6. I'm not all the way through it yet, but thus far, I love it as much as Season 4.
On the Lookout
I have the soundtrack to the musical episode, and I've been listening to it almost nonstop for the past week or so. This reminded me that James Marsters was in a band. Unfortunately, said band, Ghost of the Robot, has broken up and their CD, Mad Brilliant is no longer for sale. I'll keep my eye on eBay, but if any of you happen to come across a copy of it anywhere, buy it and I'll be happy to reimburse you for purchase and shipping. Unless, of course, it's outrageously expensive, in which case I'll just live without it.

I may have gotten (back) into this fandom via a Spike/Xander route, but Spike and Buffy having sex while the building comes down around them is incredibly hot. Also, rather scandalous, considering that this originally aired at 8 pm on a Tuesday.
