You have just recced the only d/s stories I can recall in the fandom, so unfortunately I cannot reciprocate (though I do really, really love "Transport."

Have you read the vampire AU one? It's dystopian with d/s overtones. I may even have it bookmarked--I'll go look for it.

Ah, it's the "A Priori Verse" series, which might get more parts but stops at a pretty satisfying place, as I remember: http://archiveofourown.org/series/5653. Creepy, dystopian vampire fic (Mycroft is particularly unsettling in this), but as I recall, definite d/s overtones, though not always nice.

There's also "The Pleasure Dome Hotel," which I must have liked since I bookmarked it, though as I recall I thought the d/s stuff was good but neither Sherlock or John were completely in character.
